Shipping & Delivery Policy
Note: We currently deliver only within the United States. We are not delivering within India.
At Vaaradhi.com, we deliver authentic Indian sweets, snacks, pickles and combo packs from India right to your doorstep in the US.
Orders are usually dispatched the same day payment is received — if there's any delay, within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). During festivals or high-volume periods, dispatch may take slightly longer. We will notify you in case of any significant delay.
We ship via FedEx as a single international parcel. A tracking number is shared by email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Time
- USA: 3–5 business days from the date you place your order.Rural or remote areas may require additional time.
Rates, Duties & Tracking
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product weight. The final amount is shown before payment.
- All combo packs ship FREE.
- Customs duties and import charges are included — you will never be asked to pay anything extra when your parcel arrives.
- Track your order via the link sent to your email and WhatsApp.
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us at support@vaaradhi.com any time before your order is dispatched and we'll fix it. Once a parcel leaves India we can't reroute it.
If Something Goes Wrong
- Delayed beyond the delivery window? Contact us — if FedEx confirms the parcel is lost, we reship your order free or refund you in full. Your choice.
- Arrived damaged, melted, stale, or wrong? Tell us within 15 days of delivery with a photo at support@vaaradhi.com and we will reship the item or refund it — no return needed, no questions asked.
Delivery Confirmation & Liability
- A signature may be required upon delivery (subject to local courier policy). Once a package is marked “Delivered,” Vaaradhi.com is not liable for theft or loss at the destination.
