2) Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old or legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

3) Products, Pricing & Taxes

• We strive for accuracy in product information, but descriptions, availability, and pricing may change without notice. If an error occurs, Vaaradhi Inc reserves the right to correct or cancel an order and notify you promptly.
• Prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) for international customers. For supported destinations, any import duties, customs charges, or taxes included in the final checkout amount shown on our store are collected upfront so customers do not face unexpected customs collection on eligible deliveries.

4) Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., due to stock unavailability, payment verification issues, or pricing discrepancies).
• Payments are securely processed through third-party gateways such as PayPal and Razorpay. Vaaradhi Inc does not store full credit or debit card details.

5) Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship internationally from India to the United States and select destinations. Domestic delivery within India is not available at this time.
• Delivery timelines are estimates only. Vaaradhi Inc is not responsible for courier delays but guarantees timely handover of consignments to logistics partners as per our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

6) Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Perishable items such as sweets, snacks, and pickles are non-returnable. Refunds may be offered only for damage, spoilage, or incorrect deliveries verified through our support process.
• Non-perishable products may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging.
• Cancellations are allowed within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for detailed terms.

7) Intellectual Property

All content on Vaaradhi.com — including text, graphics, images, and logos — is the property of Vaaradhi Inc or its content suppliers. Reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vaaradhi Inc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or products.

9) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. You agree that any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh, India.
